Raccoon in a Cage

Recently, the cat had kittens.  Shortly after they were born, their momma hid them away somewhere so they wouldn’t get too

comfortable around us humans – she likes to raise them a little on the wild side.

Then, after a few weeks, she decided it was too much trouble trying to keep them fed by herself, so she brings them back so they can learn to eat cat foot (don’t like the humans, bu their cat food is alright).

Not long after she did this I noticed that the kitten count had suddenly dropped from 5 down to 3 so I asked my parents if they had seen the to gray kittens recently. Well, as it turns out, this critter in the raccoon trap is most likely responsible for them going missing. Having suspected there was at least one raccoon about, dad set the trap out, and at just after 3am we were awakened by a loud banging around on the back porch – sure enough, the trap had worked it’s magic.
